¹ The fee is calculated as a percentage of the gross rent payable and collected from rent received throughout the tenancy, for the duration of the tenancy as defined in our Terms of Business.

² Includes all services provided under Fully Managed, together with the cost of the qualifying safety certificates specified in our Terms of Business. This does not include remedial works, repairs, replacement equipment, upgrades, failed inspection costs or any certificates and compliance services not expressly included in our Terms of Business.

³ The fee is calculated as a percentage of the gross rent payable for the duration of the initial tenancy term where that term is less than six months. The fee is payable in a single instalment and will be deducted from the initial rent received.

⁴ The fee is calculated as a percentage of the gross rent payable for the duration of the tenancy, as defined in our Terms of Business, and is payable upfront by the Landlord. An additional fee of 1% applies where rent collection services are required.

⁵ Subject to a minimum fee of £200 per calendar month. This service applies where the Landlord instructs the Agent to provide vacant property management as a standalone service, or where the Property remains vacant for more than 30 consecutive days following the end of a tenancy and the Agent continues to provide vacant property management services. The applicable fee will depend on the nature and extent of the services required and will be agreed with the Landlord.
